Terms of sale

These terms apply to the acquisition of original works by Estella Kranenburg through Simply Excessive. Each work is a unique object: the drawing and its frame together.

The work

Every work is an original (1/1), described on its page with its identifier, medium, dimensions and frame. Frames are antique or vintage and carry the marks of their age; these are part of the work, not defects. A certificate of authenticity accompanies each work.

Price and payment

Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. Payment is made in full at acquisition through Stripe, or as agreed after an enquiry. A work is reserved for you once payment is confirmed.

Shipping

International delivery by arrangement. Because of the size and fragility of the frames, packing, transport and insurance are quoted per work and destination and agreed with you before dispatch. Collection is possible by appointment.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the work, without giving a reason, by writing to the address above. The work must be returned undamaged in its original packing; the cost of return transport is borne by the buyer. The purchase price is refunded within 14 days of receipt of the work.

Copyright

Acquiring a work transfers ownership of the physical object. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with Estella Kranenburg.

Law

Dutch law applies. Disputes are brought before the competent court in the Netherlands.
